DIY SUGAR SCRUB- HAND SCRUB, BODY SCRUB, FOOT SCRUB, LIP SCRUB

A lot of people ask Wendala’s®️how to make a DIY Sugar Scrub. We use this and similiar methods to make Hand Scrubs, Body Scrubs, and our Foot Scrubs and Lip Scrubs which are currently in development.

We use only Unrefined Virgin Coconut Oil in our Scrubs. We also mix in Beeswax, Shea Butter, Coconut Butter and Jojoba Oil.

When melting your ingredients in your DIY SUGAR SCRUB  use a double boiler.  Add in your coconut oil last. Coconut oil has the lowest melting point of all of these ingredients and you don’t want to overheat it.

When your oils and  butters are melted remove from heat and let sit to cool to room temperature.

At this time you can add your essential oils.
